Artur Henriques Tomas

Artur passed away peacefully on July 15th, 2025, in Vancouver at the age of 83.

Predeceased by his parents, Manuel Tomas and Clotilde Henriques. He will be sadly missed by his wife Maria da Luz, his daughter Fatima, his son Paulo, and his daughter-in-law Nina.

Viewing will be held at Kearney Burnaby Chapel, 4715 Hastings Street, Burnaby, on Wednesday, July 23, 2025, from 6:00 to 8:00 pm.

Prayers will be offered at Our Lady of Fatima Portuguese Parish, 1423 East 13th Avenue, Vancouver, on Thursday, July 24, 2025, at 10:30 am, followed by a Funeral Mass which will be celebrated at 11:00 am. Clergy Father Henri-Claude Testamar, CS.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Canadian Diabetes Association.
