Bernadetta Marie Gerson

GERSON, Bernadetta (Bernice) Marie of Langley, BC passed away peacefully Sunday, June 22nd 2025 at the age of 89 years, 10 months. Bernice was predeceased by her parents, Henry and Annie Gorski; brother Conrad and twin siblings; sisters Lillian (Mike) Muhr; Agnes (Henry) Muhr; Lenora Sebastian and Marian Gorski.

She is survived and will be lovingly remembered by her husband Michael (Lloyd) Gerson; daughter Deborah (Gerald) Thompson and grandson Vincent (Claudia) Patrick and family; son Michael (Karen) Gerson, their daughters Jennifer (Alex) Gerson, Bridgette (Eric) Gerson and their families; son Brian (Charlene) Gerson, their daughters Christine (Nerio) Gerson, Dayna (Karl) Gerson, Emily Gerson and their families; Bernice’s remaining sister Josephine (Jack) Deck and numerous nieces, nephews and family members.

Prayers will be offered Tuesday July 8th, 2025 from 6 to 7pm at Saint Michael’s the Archangel Church, 9387 Holmes Street, Burnaby, BC, V3L 4A9. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated by Monsignor Rossi at Saint Michael’s the Archangel Church Wednesday, July 9th, 2025 at 11am. Bernice’s family would like to thank the staff at Langley Memorial Hospital 2 South, in addition to staff in Langley Gardens Long-Term Care and Memory Care for the support she received during the last steps of her journey.

Bernice will be missed by many.
