Charles Herbert Easton

Charles (Chuck) Herbert Easton passed away on May 25, 2025 at Royal Columbian Hospital in New Westminster, BC.

Charles was born in Islay, Alberta on March 23,1932 to Annie and Walter Easton. After his family moved to Vancouver, he attended John Oliver High School before studying architecture at the University of British Columbia. After graduating in 1956, his career as an architect was spent at the Vancouver firm Thompson, Berwick, Pratt & Partners, designing a wide range of hospitals throughout BC. Charles was a longstanding partner in the firm.

Charles is survived by his wife of 67 years, Bernice, his son Gordon (Debbie), daughter Susan, grandsons Geoffrey (Nina) and Patrick, sister Lois, and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by brothers Ralph, Verne and Bruce, and sisters Lilian and Patricia.

No service by request. Cremation has taken place.
