Conchita "Connie" Perez-Tuells

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved Aunt and Sister, Conchita "Connie" Perez-Tuells, on October 24, 2026, at the age of 88.

Conchita, as she was known by family and friends, passed away peacefully into the arms of our Lord, surrounded by her loved ones. We find comfort in knowing that Conchita is now reunited in Heaven with her parents, her beloved aunt, her sister, and her dear niece, all embraced in God's eternal love.

A devoted daughter, sister, aunt, and friend, she is lovingly remembered by her brother, nieces, nephew, grandniece, grandnephew, extended family, and many dear friends whose lives she touched with her kindness, warmth, and generosity. The family also extends its heartfelt gratitude to her devoted caregiver, whose compassion, friendship, and care brought comfort and support to Conchita throughout her later years.

A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on November 5, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at Guardian Angels Parish, 1161 Broughton Street, Vancouver, British Columbia.

Our family is heartbroken by this loss, but we take comfort in the love Conchita shared with us throughout her life. We will always cherish her kindness, her laughter, and the many joyful moments we shared together. Her memory will live on in our hearts forever.

Eternal rest grant unto her, O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon her. May she rest in peace. Amen.
