David Owen Cullen

David Owen Cullen was born in Ocean Falls, BC but lived most of his life in Richmond, British Columbia, Canada. Dave served as Chief Warden for the Junior Forest Wardens of Canada for more than 50 years; he served as a Richmond Firefighter, IAFF 1286, for more than 25 years and was a long-time member of the Steveston ANAF Club, Unit 284. Dave was fully engaged in many community events and activities.

David was predeceased by his best friend and wife of 43 years, Carla June Cullen nee McKnight. Dave was also predeceased by his parents, Gertrude (Gert) and William (Bill) Cullen and by his brother Terry. Dave is survived by his brothers: Gordon and James (Susan), and by his sister Gail (Charles) and by his in-law siblings: Janet (Murray), Sally, James (Carole) and by their respective families. Dave was a dearly loved brother, uncle, and friend.
