Many thanks to the staff at the Renaissance Residence and Mountain View Manor for the care and compassion that they showed to our Mom. A special thank you to Mom‘s friends, Cathy and Marion, who visited Mom regularly at the Renaissance and Mountain View Manor. Mom loved them and their visits and looked forward to crib games, laughs, sharing family stories. Mom and Dad were founding members of St. Nicholas Parish. They were instrumental in creating a Seniors Ministry at St. Nicholas that is still a vital and vibrant Ministry today. Mom was part of a Counting Team at St. Nicholas (counting the weekly collections) and amazingly, we are told, never used an adding machine! Mom was a dedicated and loving Mother, wife, business entrepreneur, cook, gardener, knitter, grandmother and great grandmother.
We miss her terribly….
