Ellen Marjorie Asano

Marjorie passed away peacefully on February 17, 2026, at the age of 88. She will be lovingly remembered by her daughter Janet (Tracy), grandsons Kieran (Olivia) and Shane (Madeson), as well as her son David (Masuyo), grandsons Taka and Aki of Nagano, Japan.

Born in Vancouver, she spent many happy years connecting with friends and family near and far, knitting and baking delicious treats. Her biggest joy was her grandsons, whom she was very proud of. Marjorie's generosity and kindness will always be remembered.

Predeceased in 2022 by her husband Kouichi of more than 60 years, they are happily together again.

A family celebration of life will be held at a later date. In memory, spread a word or act of kindness.
