Ethel Magdolene Morgan

It is with great sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of our beloved mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend, Ethel Magdolene Morgan, on Thursday, July 9, 2026, after a courageous battle with cancer.

Born on February 7, 1940, in St. Elizabeth, Jamaica, Ethel immigrated to Canada in 1968. A devoted woman of God, she loved gardening, cherished her family, and was known for her elegance, kindness, and wonderful sense of humor.

Ethel was predeceased by her parents, Granville and Lorine Morris; her son, Orlando and her siblings Lorna, Pamela, Audley, Gens, and Lloyd. She is lovingly remembered by her daughter, Cavelene; her grandchildren, Jallisa and Deon; her siblings Garth, Mildred, Marveth, Trevor, Sheila, and Everard; along with great- grandchildren, nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.

Though she will be deeply missed, we find comfort in knowing that she passed peacefully and is now resting in heaven.

Funeral Service is on Friday, August 14, 2026 at Cloverdale Baptist Church, located at 18685 64th Avenue, Surrey
