Gloria Sagos

With heavy hearts, the Sagos family announces the passing of Gloria Sagos, our beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend, on September 29, 2025.

Born in New Westminster, BC, on June 29, 1955, she is survived by her husband Dimitri, with whom she recently celebrated 48 years of marriage, and their children Kalliopi (Steve), Edna (Rob), and Dino. She was a proud and loving grandmother to Brealyn and Kaiden, and will be deeply missed by her extended family in Canada and Greece, including nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and cherished friends.

Gloria was the daughter of the late William and Edna Sargent and the sister of the late Les Sargent. She is survived by her loving and devoted sister, Darlene (Mike) Stadnyk.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Tuesday, October 28, 2025, at 12:00 p.m., followed by a reception, at Columbia-Bowell Chapel, 219 6th Street, New Westminster, BC. Interment will follow at Fraser Cemetery at 3:00 p.m.

Gloria’s love, strength, and kindness will live on in the hearts of all who knew her.
