It is with deepest grief and sadness to announce that our beloved Karl Eli Rey Deligero passed away unexpectedly on June 19, 2025 in Royal Columbian Hospital, New Westminster, BC Canada. He was 36 years old. He will be sadly missed by his father Eliseo, mother Evangelina, brothers Erle Kenneth and Kirk Pandre, sister-in-law Ivana Dominique, nephew Evan Kyle and nieces Leana Celine and Keana Monique.
Karl was a loving and caring son, brother, uncle and friend. He put his family and other people first, before himself. He made sure that all the members of his family were well taken care of. He loved and treated his nephew and nieces as his own children, played, made faces and cracked jokes with them; traits that they will cherish and remember him when they grow up.
His kindness, simplicity, wit, helpfulness, courage, strength, dedication and passion to what he was doing, made him stand out and are traits that he will forever be remembered by.
He put God above all in his entire life. He never missed attending Sunday masses since childhood and praying rosary daily with the family. He dedicated his life to being a good servant to God.
Karl had an active and healthy lifestyle. Along with his two brothers, he was a member of basketball teams organized by the Filipino community. He regularly went to a gym to ensure his fitness and wellness was a top priority.
He will surely be loved and remembered forever.
