Laurie Andrea Bowes

Laurie passed away quietly at home in Burnaby BC on October 14, 2026 at the age of 91. She was predeceased by her parents, Russell and Roberta, brothers Gregory, Edward, Gary and Bud, and sister Carol. She will be lovingly remembered by her son David, brothers Barry and Malcolm, and sister Margaret, as well as numerous nieces and nephews. She will also be remembered by many friends in Toronto and Ottawa, where she spent her working life in the publishing business, and in Vancouver, where she lived during her final years. 

A funeral service will be held at Kearney Funeral Home, 450 W. 2nd Ave, Vancouver on November 12 at 1 pm.
