Maria Teresa Voci

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Maria Teresa.

Maria Teresa was born in Gasperina, Italy on November 25, 1942, passed away peacefully on June 9, 2025, at the age of 82 years.

She is survived by her loving husband of 62 years Francesco, her children Marcello, Rino (Robin), Laura, and many nieces and nephews in Vancouver and Italy.

Maria Teresa will be remembered for her love of cooking and baking. Caring for her family always came first.

She was a very strong women and embraced everyone she met with her big heart. Her smile and beautiful green eyes would light up the room.

Special thanks to the nurses and Doctors at St. Paul’s Hospital.

Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, June 17, 2025, at 11:00 am at Our Lady of Sorrows Parish 555 Slocan Street, Vancouver. Entombment will follow at South Mausoleum, Ocean View Burial Park, Burnaby.

In lieu of flowers, a donation made to the BC Cancer would be greatly appreciated by the family.
