BURNABY

Valma M. Reeves, born on January 6, 1945, passed away on August 6, 2025, in Burnaby, BC.

Valma was a sister, mother, aunt, cousin, grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend. She lived a joyful life starting in Summerside, PEI. She spent time in New Brunswick and Ontario, before moving to BC to raise her children. Valma was a longtime member of St. Alban’s Anglican Church and had great pride in her role there. Valma is lovingly survived by her brother, Claude, her sister, Norma, her two daughters, Cindy and Wendy (Wesley), 6 grandchildren, Rob (Kristen), Amy (Greg), Shawn-Anne (Daniel), Matthew (Rachel), Michael, and Bradley, and 10 great-grandchildren, Connor, Kinley, Heather, Kendyl, Megan, Joahana, Isaiah, Blake, Remi, and Eloise.

The memorial service to honor Valma and celebrate her life will be provided at a later date.
