It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Palmo (Silvio) Bevacqua on Thursday, May 7, 2026, surrounded by his loving family.
Palmo (Silvio) is survived by his loving wife of 49 years, Rosa; his children Maria (Jamie), Joey (Lindsay), Laura (Carlo); and his four grand-children Sebastian, Mia, Siena, and Emilia; brothers, sisters, and many nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
Viewing will be held from 6:00-8:00 pm on Monday, May 25, 2026, at Kearney Burnaby Chapel, 4715 Hastings Street, Burnaby, BC.
Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 am on Tuesday, May 26, 2026, at Our Lady of Sorrows Church, 555 S Slocan Street, Vancouver, BC.
Entombment to follow at South Mausoleum, Ocean View Burial Park.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Kidney Foundation or BC Children's Hospital would be appreciated.
