Peggy (Margaret) Chartrand

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Peggy Chartrand, nee Margaret Anne Brittain, on July 23, 2025, in Vancouver.

She is survived by Claude, her husband of 52 years, her two children: Louis (Sheona) and Emily (Dave), and her five grandchildren: Gabriel, Elsa, Samuel, Jolene and Lucie, her brother Sydney (Elizabeth), sisters Judy and Kimberly (Denis), and the Brittain and Chartrand families.

Peggy loved playing tennis and pickleball, biking, hiking with her friends, exploring the world with family and friends, walking in botanical gardens, playing bridge, knitting, reading, and… shopping! She will be missed by many friends and always loved.

A celebration of life will be held on August 1 from 11 AM to 2 PM at Kearney Funeral Services in Vancouver.
