It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of Philip (Phil) Scarr who was born January 8, 1951 and passed away on July 14, 2026.
Phil was a very loving and caring husband, father and grandfather. He loved woodworking and made many wonderful toys for his grandchildren. He left a loving wife Janice Scarr, daughter Cynthia Kerry (Dave), son Andrew Scarr (Richelle), brothers Doug and Dan Scarr, sister-in-law Nancy Burwood, grandchildren Alex, Erich, Kimberly, Megan, Brooklyn and many nieces and nephews.
Phil will be dearly missed and leaves us with many happy memories.
