Ray Allen Gerbrecht

It is with great sadness that Ralph and Rick Gerbrecht announce the passing of their younger brother, Ray Allen Gerbrecht of Surrey BC at the age of 62.

Ray was born in the Toronto area and raised in Kelowna and Castlegar before moving to Surrey where he spent the majority of this adult life. He was predeceased by his parents Heinz and Eleanore, and is survived by extended family in British Columbia, Alberta and Ontario.

A gentle and private soul, Ray’s journey of discovery encompassed a number of diverse passions but he will be best remembered for his natural ability to fix all things mechanical. His love of music brought him comfort as he battled a number of health issues.
