Burnaby – Sigmunn “Sig” Haukeland passed away on Thursday, October 2, 2025.

Sigmunn is lovingly survived by his wife Diane Margaret, his daughters Sandra Margaret Haukeland (Dave) and Katrina Louise Crosby (Jonathan) and three granddaughters Alyssa Rae Haukeland, Emily Dawn Haukeland and (Abigael) Louise Crosby. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, cousins and many other loving family and friends,

The memorial service will be held at Trinity Presbyterian Church (St. Aidan's Presbyterian), located at 1320 7th Avenue, New Westminster on Friday, November 14 at 2pm.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to the "Trinity Presbyterian Church Building Fund", 7457 Edmonds Street, Burnaby BC V3N 1B3.
