Passed away at age 47 years old
Survived by his loving son, Nicholas Daniel Barry, Mother, Kiron Pal, Grandmother, Chandra Pal, Aunt, Ani and family, Uncle, Arvin and family, Uncle, Jonny and family. Also, by numerous uncles, aunts, cousins, nephews, nieces and friends all over the country that will miss him.
Steven was born in New Westminster and grew up in Burnaby, BC.
He played football from pee-wee to varsity (offensive/defensive lineman).
He enjoyed discussing cars with anyone that showed interest. He loved muscle cars, hot rods, and classic cars. He liked going to car shows. His dream car was a 911 Turbo S Porsche (aqua-blue).
Avid reader of latest car magazines and spy novels.
He enjoyed all types of food; his favorite meal was at White Spot (legendary burger with extra cheese and deep-fried zucchini sticks ( grills in green).
He was a good cook, expertise in sloppy joes, shepherd’s pie, bangers and mash.
He was intelligent, kind, caring and had a sense of humor. He loved animals, especially dogs and cats.
He talked about his family often and he loved them dearly.
Time flew by and now we say good-bye.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, March 6 at 2:00pm at Kearney Columbia-Bowell Chapel 219 6th Ave, New Westminster.
